My counseling approach utilizes an eclectic infusion of theory, strategies and approaches to co-create a comprehensive plan with each client. It includes focusing on the influence of past experiences and relationships and how they shape an individual's current quality of life.

 

My perspective is rooted in multicultural affirmation and empowering people to discover and use their voice to challenge inequity and encourage self-advocacy.

I insist on serving and focusing on a small number of clients at any given time. This assures that each client will receive attentive care, thoughtful treatment planning, and first-rate service during the entire time she chooses to work with me.

      For clients who would like to come to Peace Within and are not able to pay the full fees, a limited number of sliding scale           appointments are happily offered ​
