Peace Within: Counseling for Women, LLC , located in Lake Nona, is seeking Licensed Florida Mental Health Counselors to join our small, but mighty, team.
This position can be Telehealth exclusively, hybrid, or exclusively 2-3 days week in office.
Pay is commensurate with experience. As a 1099 Independent Contractor; you will be required to pay your own federal and self-employment taxes, along with carrying your own malpractice insurance. As a member of the practice, you will have access to and be provided a range of support services and other benefits.
If you are credentialed with insurance companies, great! If not, and you’d like to be, we can work on that knowing that it can take 60 - 90 days to accomplish this.

- be comfortable working exclusively with women from across the lifespan.

have a multicultural and social justice orientation.

infuse a working knowledge of feminist and mindfulness-based therapeutic approaches.

keep ethical and legal considerations at the forefront of all decision-making.

complete required documentation on time.

be able to supervise a registered mental health counselor intern (RMHCI) if need arises.

work to keep their own mental health and wellness a top priority.
